Skylights Rooflight Shipping

• Skylights Rooflight product are delivered within 2-5 working days depending on the option selected during checkout.
• Third party transport only deliver in each area on specific days of the week. Deliveries are made between 7:30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday only.
• Delivery is offered to postcodes accepted on the checkout page. All delivery charge are calculated during the checkout process on our website
• Once your order paperwork has been processed within 2-3 working days, we provide a delivery date within a few working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding bank holidays.
• When your skylight has been dispatched, an email which will include the tracking number of your order will be sent. Please ensure you track your order using the tracking number to avoid failed delivery for which third party transport may charge to re-deliver.
• Skylights Rooflight will not be held responsible for any delays in shipment due to unforeseeable circumstances or third-party transport delays.
• We leave it up to you to ensure that labourers are available on your premises to off-load your product from third party delivery van as drivers are not insured to off load. Recommended lift per person is 25kg. Products can weigh up to 300kg and a suitable number of people need to be available on site to off load.
• In the event deliver fails as nobody was on site or the driver was unable to get through to someone on site, we will have to return the product to the depot, or our warehouse and a re-delivery charge may be incurred.
